You can pass. I’d recommend watching the Emma Holliday internal medicine video on YouTube and reviewing the pdf nightly. I’d also slam the Combank questions in 2-3 days since there’s only like 120 of them, and briefly review incorrects. If you have these 9 days off completely then I’d also recommend doing a block of Uworld, 40 questions ... Comquest comat series is just another shitty question bank. My plan is to run through the Comquest Qs like a week before the shelf exam, just to get used to their vagueness. I've heard friends say that 5-6 Qs are usually repeats from those COMAT exams. Otherwise, I use UWorld and Online Med Ed. I took EM comat my 4th year. I spent the entire month watching kdramas and the night before the comat I took a red eye across the country, landed 2 hrs before the comat, got to where I was staying and fell asleep during the comat for a little bit. Maybe a dumb question. My first M3 clerkship is internal medicine. Should I include Ambulatory and Emergency Medicine with the Internal Medicine UWorld shelf section? I don't have plans for an EM rotation, so I'm not sure if the EM material will be relevant anywhere else? Ambulatory would seem to fit with either IM or FM.

For IM I scored higher than my prediction. I will suggest that you just switch to UWorld though. It is a better qbank and I did much better on the COMATs that I used UWorld on.
