Been searching everywhere online for how much damage volatile rounds do per explosion, and/or how that scales with weapon damage. My experience has been that fast firing weapons or burst weapons proc the volatile explosions more rapidly and seem to have more of an effect, but it's honestly really hard to tell with damage numbers spamming the screen. Fragments: the one that grants volatile on grenade kills, the one that makes targets explode, the third is preference. This builds a good starting place. It should give you nearly 100% uptime on volatile rounds. Theres some more niche changes you can make to the build if you want.
